Better KeepInventory for NostalgiaCore. Originally created by GameHerobrine as a part of NostalgiaPECore and a replacement of RespawnWithoutDrop plugin.

The KBB3.0b9 was pretty stable, so i decided to make some small changes and release it. Changes: Command rb has better error message if it is used incorrectly. Removed unused methods and variables. Completely removed PHP5 compability. Stopped invoking gc_collect_cycles every 20 actions.

This patch adds fixed NoSmoothLight from minecraftpet.
