Tools PatchTool - A utility to create PTPatches

A rebuilt version of old PatchTool(http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1112628-mod-patching/)

Usage: java -jar patchtool_rebuild.jar <cmd> <args>

Commands:
diff old.so new.so - Get the difference between old and new so, and make patch.mod with changed bytes
patch libtopatch.so patch.mod - Apply patch to libtopatch.so
-cl patch1.mod patch2.mod patch3.mod - Combine multiple patches into patch.mod
