NC 1.1.0 PHP 8 tPlayerInteract 1.1

• Fixed a bug that allowed non-whitelisted players to interact with blocks(open chests/furnaces/use items)

A complete rewrite of the old 0.8.1 version of this plugin.
Changes:

• Code cleanup
• Translated the plugin to English
• Config and userstate is now using YML instead of JSON
  • The plugin will automatically convert old JSON files to new YML ones.
• config.yml
  • Added ability to modify what exactly player will not be able to do on the server if he cant interact with it.
    • defaults->allow-chat - Allows or disallows chat for players with no permissions
    • defaults->allow-me-and-tell-commands - Allows or disallows usage of commands me and tell for players with no permissions
    • defaults->allow-block-destruction - Allows or disallows block destruction for players with no permissions
    • defaults->allow-block-placement - Allows or disallows block placement for players with no permissions
    • defaults->allow-pvp - Allows or disallows interacting with all entities for players with no permissions
