This plugin adds the ability for regular players to vote to ban other players.

Commands:
/voteban <player> - start voting to ban a player.
/voteban <accept/deny> <player> - vote for/against banning a player.

Permissions:
voteban.command
voteban.command.ban - allows you to start voting to ban a player.
voteban.accept - allows you to vote for a player to be banned.
voteban.deny - allows you to vote against a player's ban.

The config configures the number of votes required to ban a player.
