NC 1.1.0 PHP 8 Admin Tools PlayerBlacklist 1.0

This plugin will detect was the player added to LMPE's blacklist created by @eqozqq and will apply the actions against him if he was.

Config file (PlayerBlacklist/blacklist.properties):

• blacklist-url=https://raw.githubusercontent.com/LegacyMinecraftPE/blacklist/main/banned.json - URL which will be used to fetch blacklist.
• restriction-mode=1 - A restriction mode agains players in blacklist
  • 0 - Do nothing but notify admins in console.
  • 1 - Notify admins in console and disallow a blacklisted player to place and destroy blocks.
  • 2 - Notify admins in console and ban player username ingame.
  • 3 - Notify admins in console and ban player username and ip ingame.
• passive-update-minutes=60 - The plugin will try to fetch the new data from this url every passive-update-minutes
• allow-chat-blacklisted - Allow or disallow blacklisted players to use chat.

Other YML files(PlayerBlacklist/blacklist.yml and PlayerBlacklist/whitelist.yml):

• blacklist.yml stores received data from url. It is overwritten every time plugin gets new data from url.
• whitelist.yml stores local data about players who can bypass blacklist.

Commands:

• blacklist allow <username> - Allow <username> to bypass blacklist. It means that actions will not be applied to that specific username.
  
  • If the player was previously banned by username and/or by ip, the player would have to be unbanned manually to allow him join on server.
• blacklist disallow <username> - Disallow <username> to bypass blacklist.
• forceblacklistreload - Force run the thread that will reload blacklist.
